Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  As a small business, we cannot offer to refund postage costs, therefore this will be covered by the customer.

Safe Place Deliveries
If a customer requests that their order be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour, they do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur once the courier has delivered the order as per the customer's instructions. As a result, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered under these circumstances.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will then be processed to your original method of payment, within 7 working days of us receiving the product(s). 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email charmstore2024@outlook.com should you have any issues with your items.

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Items that have been used or partially used.
  • Products that were included in a sale.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items that are on a pre-order basis and require a deposit.

Order Cancellation Policy


At Charm Store, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, orders where:

Discounts, promotions, or coupon codes have been applied incorrectly or in violation of our terms.

Pricing errors or system glitches result in incorrect pricing.

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
