Shipping

At Charm Store, we take great care to ensure that your order is shipped to you quickly and safely. We use Royal Mail to ship your orders, which enables us to keep our shipping prices as low as possible. We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days (Excluding weekends & bank holidays), once your order has shipped, the delivery timescale is as below.

UK Shipping
We only ship to UK customers, and we offer the following shipping option:

  • Tracked48: Your order will aim to be delivered within 2-3 business days via Royal Mail. A small fee of £2.75 will be applied and you will be supplied with a tracking number.


Please note, at this time we do not offer normal 1st or 2nd class services, and all orders are sent Tracked48. For any issues with shipping and delivery please contact customer service: charmstore2024@outlook.com

Returns
To return your product, you should make contact with us in the first instance to discuss any problems you have, to which we will have the issue sorted and a return address provided should this be required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipping Address Policy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We will ship all orders to the address exactly as entered by the customer at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees to have the order resent.

Please double-check your address carefully before completing your order.


Safe Place Deliveries
If a customer requests that their order be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour, they do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur once the courier has delivered the order as per the customer's instructions. As a result, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered under these circumstances.
